Fees and Cost

An initial consultation is set-up to discuss the details of your case. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the facts of your case, your rights, options, the legal process, and the costs associated with these proceedings. The Firm's current hourly rate will be charged for the consultation.

Retainers start at $1,000.00 and will vary depending on the nature of the particular case, consistent with standard practices. At the conclusion of your case, and after payment of the final bill, any client funds remaining in trust are refunded.

Forms of payment are made by way of check, cash, money order, Visa or Mastercard.
